There is an issue with my order. What do I do?

If your order has arrived and its not quite what you were expecting - remember - we are only human - we make mistakes. But let us know within 24 hours of delivery and we will rectify the error straight away for you. No cost to you of course!

I need my order sooner. What can you do?

We set a longer timeframe on wedding orders especially - as some orders take longer to create. Smaller orders will usually be dispatched within a week. If you have a concern - just send us a message and we can give you a realistic time frame for your peace of mind.

My decals don't work! Help me.

Applying decals can be very much down to technique, and everyone’s experience can differ. While many customers find the process easy, there are a small number who find it a little trickier at first. We strongly recommend following the QR code on the instruction sheet included with your order and watching the step-by-step video, as this shows the correct technique and tips to help achieve the best result. Taking your time and working patiently makes a big difference. The decal itself is not faulty, but like many craft processes, it does require a little patience and practice. If you’ve followed the video and instructions and are still having issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us — we’re always happy to help and guide you further.
