INFO:
• Signs are made from 6mm thick Birch. They are a beautiful light wood color & light in weight.
• All of the text excluding names are engraved. The color of engraving cannot be changed.
• The couples names are either Engraved (fully engraved option) or 3D with White Acrylic and sit aprx 1/4” off of the sign.
• signs are all laser cut, because of this there is a dark outer edge and may be residual burn on the back of the piece.

ORDERING:
• Choose sizing (this is height).
• Choose Style & Material for your names (white wood or white acrylic)
• Leave name (check spelling) & font in personalization box.

RUSH ORDERING:
If you are selecting to rush your order there is a fee to move your order to the top of my list. Rushing your order will ensure the I ship your sign within 4 business days, or sooner, of purchase (normally 2 weeks), order must be placed before 9PM EST to be guaranteed to ship in 4 business days, if placed after this time it will be rushed in 5 business days. Choosing a rush ONLY rushes processing time, NOT shipping. You can upgrade the shipping at checkout to receive your sign even quicker, if needed.

I do not accept returns on custom orders. If there are any issues with your order please contact me within two days of its arrival and I am happy to help solve any issues made by my shop!
