All inscribed bowls are ROUGHLY 10'' in diameter and 4'' deep. Because this is a handmade product dimensions will vary.

Gift wrapping is not available, however your product comes double boxed with the inner box suitable for wrapping once you've received it.

It goes on the rim of the bowl along with the inscription, and yes there is space to accommodate for the names and date!

*dates may need to be put numerically if its a longer inscription with longer names.

With handmade, it is just that! I throw every single piece of pottery on the wheel that you will receive. That means there can be slight variations in each piece. I do my best to be as consistent as possible, but unfortunately I am not a robot. This is also true for my glazing and firing process. Glaze spilling is random and firing temperatures can slightly vary also making the color a tad different as well. I cannot control the uncontrollable and these variations are generally unnoticed because they are so slight but in case you find yourself wanting the EXACT bowl from the pictures, sadly it can’t be done. I can send you a copy of the photo if you want! Haha

Unfortunately that is the nature of pottery. There are so many factors that can effect how each bowl turns out that are out of my control. Each photo is a representation of what the colors will look like but will never be an exact replica.

Unless you cancel your PERSONALIZED order within 24 hours then I cannot cancel the bowl, because I have already started the process of making it.

Unfortunately I do not offer refunds or returns on a PERSONALIZED bowl. I cannot resell or reuse this bowl for anything. The ONLY acceptation is if there is a mistake on my end like a misspelled word (photo required), then I will happily send a replacement bowl! But simply wanting to return a personalized order because you don't like it, isn't something I offer.
