In the morning I go to the sunny workshop and break off a piece of clay for work. In my hands, clay comes to life! I make mushrooms out of it, plates for cats, mugs, and of course clouds and little fabulous people.
This is followed by a drying phase that lasts about a week or more.
A completely dry product is very (very!) Fragile. It needs to be carefully processed for smoothness and checked for integrity. It happens that you hold a mushroom in your hands, turn it - and bang! A piece of the hat broke off. I soften these things and reuse them because I like recycling and reusing things.

(By the way, we use recycled materials for packaging our parcels in order to protect the environment at the level available to us).

So, when the product is prepared, it is sent to the muffle furnace for firing above 1000 degrees Celsius (1900 Fahrenheit). Firing takes about a day! And the muffle furnace can only be opened the next day. It's always very exciting! I wait for this and dream before going to bed, sometimes I even sleep and I dream about what is happening in the oven :)

Opening the muffle furnace, I take out the still warm items. The glaze stage awaits them. This is my favorite part of my job! I choose colors and patterns carefully to keep my inner painter happy :)
It is necessary to cover the products in several layers, there must be thorough drying between the layers. This process often takes several days, depending on the season.

When everything is ready, I carry them into the muffle furnace again and a hot day awaits them once more :)

And the most interesting thing is to open the muffle furnace in a day with completely finished products!
Well, of course, final processing and other little things and checks are still needed, but in general, everything is ready!

And this is a wonderful moment and always with a smile and love :)

We pack everything attentively and ship it carefully, sometimes it takes a while, but its worth the wait!
