Do you offer custom sizes beyond the sizes you list?

Not yet... The company that fabricates the underwear I sell only offers 5 underwear sizes (X-Small to X-Large) and 6 bralette sizes (X-Small - XX-Large) at this time. I'd prefer not to go through multiple companies as it can get complicated when people order various sizes and there may be variances in quality and shipping times.

I live in a country that's not USA or Canada, why is international shipping so expensive?

With international orders, I now use DHL exclusively. This is to offer you a faster, more reliable delivery of your items with accurate tracking that won't get held up in customs or cost you any import fees. Post-pandemic, shipping declaration has gotten more complicated and charges have increased with all couriers - both domestic and international. My shop has updated accordingly. The fee is the cost of the service calculated by Etsy based on DHL's rates according to weight and distance. *Important* Please INCLUDE a destination phone number when you place your order. DHL won't allow me to ship your order without one.

You don't offer returns, cancellations or exchanges?? Why not?

Correct, for reasons as follows: Returns: Underwear is an intimate garment and can not be resold for hygienic reasons. Cancellations: I can reimburse your order solely under the condition you placed it less than 12 hours prior to your request. Beyond that time frame, your order is put into production and I can no longer recuperate my costs. Exchanges: All the underwear I sell are custom made and take a minimum of 5 business days to fabricate and ship. Any item you wish to exchange yours with would have to be created first and there are additional production costs to that. If your garment(s) arrive flawed or damaged, please contact me privately and provide photos. I will work out an arrangement with you to ensure your satisfaction! :)

I run a retail store and/or am planning an event, I would like to place a bulk order of your garments. Do you sell your products at wholesale prices?

Yes. For orders totaling over $1000 USD I offer accommodating price breaks. Please message me ahead of time to work out an arrangement before you place your wholesale order. Also, for BIG wholesale orders, they should be placed 6 weeks in advance before you need your items to arrive if you have an exact date in mind.

There was an item (or items) I saw on your shop previously that I wanted to buy later, but now I don't see it anymore. Will you get it back in stock?

Probably not... Here's why: Some items are holiday themed designs which I treat the listings like seasonal and don't renew them once the holiday has passed. Others, I choose not to renew the listing (and Etsy fees to offer it to you on the market) after some time if it's a less popular item and to make more room for new designs. That's why if you come across something you would really like, I encourage you to just get it instead of adding it to your favorites...

Is the packaging you use to ship my order discreet?

YES - I ONLY use discreet packaging, there is NO indication as to what's inside your parcel. No need to worry.
