Returns and Exchanges

We encourage our customers to carefully examine all photos and descriptions of items before purchasing. Any defects or damage we try to show. Although we do accept returns and exchanges, we try to discourage this, as we end up losing money because of shipping costs. Therefore, any errors on our part: mislabeled or misidentified products, incorrect product received, or items damaged due to our error will have return shipping costs covered by us. For items that are received as described, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping, as well as original shipping costs, if wanting a full refund or exchange. Refunds or exchanges will be initiated immediately upon our safely receiving of the product back in the condition it was sent.

Almost everything we sell is vintage, meaning that it is at least 20 years old and most likely has been previously owned and used. We typically leave the items untouched for a few reasons: it helps authenticate age, avoids any unintentional damage, and allows the customer to decide if they'd like to keep a patina or not (easy to polish silver, but takes a long time to get a patina). If anything is done, at most it is usually a very light cleaning. Anything more will be in listing. While we do our best to disclose everything and anything beyond normal wear and tear consistent with age, we can only detect or predict so much. Customers should be aware, as vintage items, there is no guarantee of longevity or functionality.
