-----PROCESSING TIMES-----

Please be advised that processing times and shipping times are two separate things. The time it takes our shop to produce your order is considered the processing time and the shipping time is the time it will take for the carrier to deliver your order after it has been produced.

▪︎ We usually need anywhere between 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday) to process an order. *Christmas time may need extra processing time due to a high volume of orders so please order early
▪︎ If we receive an order with incomplete information, this timetable may need to be extended until we can double-check with you to ensure accuracy. Please double-check that your order has complete and correct information. This will help things go nice and smooth.
▪︎ If we can get your order out quicker than the 2-4 day processing time, we definitely will.
▪︎ If you are in need of your order quicker than this timeframe, please contact us BEFORE ordering so that we can help you in the best possible way.

-----SHIPPING INFO-----
