How long does it take to receive my proof?

All digital orders that need to be personalized will receive a proof within 1-2 business days. Not counting the day of your order. If, you have placed an order that needs to be printed and/or assembled. Your turnaround is up to 2 weeks. You will receive your proof 2 days before your order ships.

The chip bags are made from high quality paper that is folded to resemble the shape of chip bags. If you order the digital file, you are required to print and fold them using my detailed instructions. If you order them assembled by me, they will come printed, assembled and ready for your treats. If you order the unfilled bags you will have to fill them yourself and sealed them with double

All items are ship 2 to 3 day shipping with tracking number unless other option are discussed.

Where can I print my digital items?

You can print your items at home if you have a home printer. You’re items can be sent to your local Staples/Office deport for printing services.

What is the difference between a digital listing and assembled and filled listing?

A digital listing is a file that is design for you and will be sent via email as a pdf or jpeg unless otherwise specified. Assemble & Filled options are items that I design, print and assemble and ship to you and items are ready to be displayed.

Design Proofs or Mockups

Do you complete design mockups with or without payment 1st? All designs are custom which requires a lot time, therefore no designs will be completed without payment upfront. Once payment is received a proof will be sent 24-48 hours unless rush service is purchased. All proof requires approval before any work is done.
