Do I have to bare local taxes when I receive my order?

Since each country has there on set of local taxes, all taxes and duties shall be borne by the customer. While the above statement remains true for almost all the countries there are a few countries which have some additional mandates while placing the order. It is compulsory for our customers in South America to mention their Tax Id in the cart page in the “Special Instructions for Seller” column to enjoy a smooth delivery process or else, your order might get stuck! While in case of Russia, no individual consignee order can be placed. Only Companies with an Import License (to be given before shipping) can place their orders or for individual the parcel will always be delivered by Indian government Post Office.

Who is responsible for Return Charges?

As we are a small seller, we cannot bare the return expenses and we don't include the same in our pricing. The buyer or customer is responsible for Return Expenses and we will refund the full amount on receiving the product.
