You are responsible to check with your carrier and schedule delivery and/or re-delivery if necessary.

Yes, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country’s customs office. These costs are not included in the item price or shipping cost. If you prefer, I can ship with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means duties & taxes are prepaid upfront and there will be no extra fees upon delivery. Just contact me before placing your order so I can arrange it for you. ✨

👉 What happens if I refuse to pay customs duties or taxes?

If customs duties or taxes are not paid and the package is refused, it will be destroyed by the Customs and will not be returned to me. In this case, I will not be able to issue a refund. Please make sure you are aware of possible customs charges before I ship your order. 💌
