All mockups are 100% real photos taken by me with professional gear — no AI involved! This ensures you get high-quality, true-to-color images that accurately represent the product.

3. Where can I find my digital download?

Once your payment has finished processing, you can access your downloads under 'Purchases and Reviews' in your Etsy profile. Just click your profile icon in the top-right corner, then select 'Purchases and Reviews' from the dropdown. Find your order, then click 'Download Files' next to it. 4. Why can’t I download my files?

5. Are your photos color accurate?

I do my best to ensure the colors in my mockups are true to life for an accurate representation of the items. Product and color accuracy are my top priorities. However, variations in screens and lighting can cause slight differences. If you have concerns, feel free to reach out, and we can work on a solution!

6. Can Wholesale/Vendor Transfer Shops redistribute mockups?

No, redistribution is NOT allowed. You may use my mockups to display your designs but cannot resell or offer them for download. If you wish to redistribute mockups with your designs attached, an extended commercial license is required. If that's the case, please reach out to me directly.
