What can I do when my package is lost?

If your tracking number shows that your item was delivered, but you don't have it in hand, you will need to contact directly to your local post office for assistance. If your package is lost in transit then we will send you a replacement item for free. Please provide a safe and secure location for your deliveries. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
