We strive to keep inventory correct and flowing and have found this to be the best way for our business to stay afloat.

Under the rare case we do allow a return, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. This includes the shipping that was initially purchased as well as any return shipping. If a promotion for free shipping was used at the time of purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Yes, we ship all of our packages within 24 hours of printing the label, unless we have contacted you and explained otherwise.
USPS frequently doesn’t scan packages at every location, so you may not see movement until your package has reached a distribution center, or sometimes even until it’s delivered!
Please be patient with us if this happens. USPS will not allow us to open a claim on the package until 14 days of no movement. We know you want your order, and we want you to get it!

If you notice this has happened, please reach out right away! We can’t guarantee we’ll be able to catch this before shipping, as we do not monitor messages 24/7 and often get to fulfilling orders right away!
If your order has already been shipped before you notice, unfortunately there is nothing we can do. You will need to contact the shipping provider to see if your item can be forwarded. Unfortunately refunds will not be given due to an incorrect address that isn’t our error. If a replacement order is needed, you’ll be responsible for the cost.

If you think this has happened, please let us know. Keep in mind USPS doesn’t allow claims for missing mail to be filed until 14 days of no movement.

First class mail is not insured, therefore we may not be able to resend the order at no charge, and may ask you to cover some costs.
If a refund is granted, it will be for the item cost only, not for any shipping charges, since those were paid for and used.
Priority mail includes insurance up to a certain amount. We can file the claim and once approved we will be able to replace the lost order. If you choose to file the USPS claim, no refund will be given on our part, and no items will be reshipped since you will be asking USPS to refund the order.

While we do try our best get ship out all orders accurately, occasionally we mess up! Please reach out if this happens. We will need pictures of what you received to verify the error on our part.
We will certainly correct any mistakes that we have made as quickly as possible. If the wrong item needs to be returned, we will provide you with a label to do so.
