Can I cancel my order?

If we have not shipped your order yet we can cancel it. Please message us ASAP. We normally ship in less than 24 hours after you place the order (excluding the weekend and holidays, we only ship on business weekdays).

My order has not arrived. Can you help? For domestic orders (USA)

The first thing to do is to check the order tracking information. If for some reason the post office was unable to deliver the package and sent it back to us, this will be reflected in the tracking information. We can issue a refund or re-ship in this case. If the tracking information says the order was delivered, but you still don’t have the package, give it 2 business days. We have had many situations where USPS marks the package as delivered but actually delivers it the next day. If 2 days have passed since the package was marked delivered, please reach out to Etsy support and they will review the case. In our experience, Etsy will issue a refund to you if the package was truly not delivered. You can also message us and we will help.

My order has not arrived. Can you help? For international orders

Shipping internationally always comes with greater risks than shipping within the same country. If the package gets lost we will issue a refund for the product, but we cannot refund the cost of shipping. Please contact us for further help if you believe your package was lost.

When will you ship my order?

We typically ship orders 9am EST (UTC-5) each day. This means that if you place an order at 10am it will be shipped the next business day. For example, if you place an order at 7pm on a Friday it will be shipped the following Monday at 9am. We deliver the packages to the post office the same day, but due to occasional mail congestion the tracking information may not update until the next day. As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a notification from Etsy and there will be a tracking number available for your order.

I received a defective or damaged product. Can you help?

If the product is defective, say missing a card, or has a printing error, we will replace the defective product for free. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to products in transit to your location. If an item or items arrived damaged, you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. And, please alert us to the problem. We will do our best to help get the refund you need to re- purchase the items.

Are import taxes/duties included in shipping?

They are not. Etsy typically collects import taxes and duties and displays them as a separate cost line in the order. If you do not see that line (which says “GST”, “VAT”, etc) that means Etsy did not collect the import tax. The customs or your local post office will likely contact you and ask you to pay the tax due.

How can I update my shipping address?

If you want to update the shipping address after you have placed and order please contact us ASAP and tell us the correct address. We will update it for you.

How do we find out when new products will be available?

Please go to our website www.dabrigh.com and sign up to our mailing list, which we will use to announce new product releases and when out of stock products are back in stock. As soon as we release a product it is listed on Etsy.

I really love the art on these cards. The paper stock is thick and I like the glossy finish. My only critique is that the edges are dry, matte finish which makes it difficult to shuffle. I have been using them to get them worn in, but if they had a black glossy edging, it would be easier to work the cards
