Custom and personalized orders

Custom engravings have 24 hours turnaround time. Very fast because laser engraving is directly done by us! Please note that we cannot accept return of personalized items.

If you are unhappy with your goods for any reason we'll gladly issue a replacement or refund providing they are returned within 21 days of receipt of your order, complete with all original tags, and in original condition. For returns, we will inspect the item(s) upon arrival and process the refund within 1-3 business days. Postage charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deducted from any refund or requested exchange due. If you've requested any personalizations or customizations WE WILL NOT be able to accept a return or a refund as it is cannot be resold.

Our primary form of payment method is with PayPal. If you are not able to make a payment using this method, please contact us and we can work something out. Please note that you don't need a PayPal account to use your credit card via PayPal - just click the payment button and you can choose the option to pay with credit card or debit without signing up for an account.
