Custom and Bespoke lampshades

Yes, we can make custom and bespoke lampshades - made using your own chosen fabric. We can also customise the size of your lampshade - so if you want it taller or bigger, we can do that too. All customised or bespoke lampshades are non-returnable. Send me a massage to discuss the finer details

What sizes do you make?

At Fitz and Gwen we offer sizes from 20cm to 100cm in diameter. If you want something smaller or larger size, please send us a message - with the dimensions you would like. Not sure what size to choose for your table lamp or floor lamp? Just send me a photo, and we will give you our best advice on what size will best suit your lamp base.

Can you make a lampshade with wallpaper?

As part of our Made to Order service, you can have your lampshade made with either fabric or wallpaper. We have a selection of linings to choose from, from classic white to mirrored gold. For wallpaper lampshades, the paper will require joining and possibly matching the pattern, so it is useful for you to send us a photo of your chosen wallpaper, for us to calculate how much you will need.

I would like a tapered or empire style shade - do you make these too?

As well as drum lampshades - we offer empire, rectangular, oval, square and cones lampshades. Send us a message and we can have a chat about your requirements, and see if this is something we can fulfil.

We will refund the cost of the item (minus postage) for items that are returned within 14 days of purchase. Please message us with the reason for the return. Items should be returned with the original packaging and box.. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customised or personalised orders.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, you can now purchase one of our fabulous lampshades. Please see the countries that we are delivering to, along with the cost of shipping for your country and postcode/zip code area. If you are purchasing more than one item, please message us for a quote for combined delivery, and a final shipping cost. ETSY is registered for IOSS. (IMPORT ONE STOP SHOP.) This allows us to sell goods to buyers in the EU. Etsy will collect, declare and pay the VAT to the tax authorities on all EU orders. Instead of making you, the buyer pay the VAT at the moment the goods are imported into the EU. PLEASE NOTE: IOSS is only available for orders valued at 150 Euros or less. ORDERS OVER 150 Euros will be extra VAT and Customs duties upon delivery.

Do you make lampshades with US harp fittings?

Our lampshades are provided with a UK and EU lamp fitting. If you are outside of the UK/EU, please check that your lamp will fit our shades. If you would like your lampshade to be fitted with a US harp fitting, please request a custom order. We’ll be happy to discuss your requirements.

**Give your favourite room a injection of colour with our glossy lamp bases**

Our table lamp bases are hand-painted in a range of colourful gloss paint finishes. Crafted from solid mango wood, these lamps are fitted with a brass bayonet cap lamp holder which is compatible with Bayonet cap LED bulbs B22.

PLEASE NOTE: This lamp stand is fitted with a UK PLUG with 3-amp fuse and 2 metre black lead. All are fully tested in compliance with EU legislation for health and safety.

NB: Using a Non-UK Electrical Socket: Please note that the lamp's plug is designed for UK sockets. If you’re in a different country, you’ll need to change the plug (qualified electrician recommended) to match the sockets used in your own country.

SHOREDITCH SMALL (shown in Jade Green and Into the Blue) – is the shorter version of the Shoreditch Tall base. Size: 29cm (11.5”) high (including lampholder).

DIVA (shown in Turquoise Haze) - is an elegant curve design. Size: 45cm (18”) high including lampholder)

XANDER (shown in Chilli Orange and Cherry Red) - is a twisted roman column design. Size: 46cm (18") high (including lampholder).
