I'm Anthony I'm a colour obsessed, wifey challenged, father of one beautiful boy

At one of the lowest points of my life, I created art that transformed into Vivid Pixel. After the loss of my job and having a long run of unhappiness and mental health issues I took the plunge and said no more. Since 2015 when I sold my first piece of art I have never looked back and I am so grateful for all the love and support of every purchase.

All of my items are made in a small workshop above a hair salon in the Staffordshire area. All of my items are made by me, Printed by me and packed by me, and shipped by me I use no outside company and all this is truly a D.I.Y store.

I'm extremely passionate about the quality of my products and what they mean to our customers. If you feel we have not met that standard that you expected then please message me on Etsy's message system and I will get back to you within 24 hours.

❤ All our products come UNFRAMED. This is more cost effective for our customers so we can keep our prices down. You can purchase frames online or you can take it to a frame shop to get framed. You can cut and fit your frame size if need to...

DO WE ACCEPT RETURNS / EXCHANGES ?

❤ You should READ the shop policies and listing description (specially about printing materials, dimensions and delivery times ) thoroughly before placing an order. Otherwise responsibility will belong to you.

❤ We accept return in certain conditions BUT THERE WILL BE NO PACKAGE AND POSTAGE REFUNDED.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. But we usually dispatch the same day if ordered before 2pm UK time. Unless during the holiday season. Dispatch day can be changed, but you will get notified by email of the new dispatch day.


Shipping Via Royal Mail:
Estimated delivery time 1 - 3 days within UK
Estimated delivery time 3 - 7 days Within the EU
Estimated delivery time 7 - 14 days Outside of Europe


POSTAL STRIKES, CHRISTMAS, NATIONAL HOLIDAYS and CUSTOMS STOPPAGE can delay postal times and extend the latest expected day of delivery.

If you have not received it in 30 BUSINESS days, please send us an e-mail or contact us in the Etsy section “Contact the seller”.

❤ As you know, 30 BUSINESS days is a generally accepted time frame for international orders on all international trade websites. "Business days" are classified as Monday to Friday excluding weekends.


POSTAL SERVICE AND TRACKING

Actual delivery times will depend on the shipping method you choose.
There is free standard shipping or tracked/signature on delivery option to choose from, there is NO TRACKING WITH STANDARD POSTAL SERVICE. We have a ROYAL MAIL account and get notified when a package is delivered.
