The measurement of items are estimated. Sometimes we are not at the exact 1/8 inch accuracy. If you need an exact measurement to fit within something please ask.

Please remember vintage and antique glassware was designed and made before the microwave and should never be used in the microwave. Each piece of vintage glassware should be hand washed and dried. I personally never place my vintage/ antique glassware in the dishwasher. It is your responsibility to do research on your individual items, but we will be happy to answer questions at any time.

If you need a special card included for a birthday, wedding, anniversary or thank you card, we have been known to include a card with your personal message attached. Just ask.

Our shipping quotes are for the 48 CONTIGUOUS states. If you are located outside of the contiguous states or International please ask for a quote prior to placing your order.

Florida residents/ buyers will be charged sales tax on their purchase. The sales tax is charged only on the item/items. Tax will not to be charged on the shipping fee.

Packages will only be delivered to the address provided to Etsy. This is for your safety.

We will not be held responsible, refund any money, or give credit if you neglect to pick up your package or refuse delivery of a package.

If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will need to pay for the re-mailing of the package after 30 days sale is void
Most of our packages are mailed using Etsy mailing which provides tracking and the delivery date.

Your order from the beginning to the end is important to us. If something would happen during shipment the problem must be reported back to us within 5 days of delivery. All packing material including the outside package must be kept. Photos and paperwork will be needed to file a claim.

Our items are all classified as antique or vintage and from at least 20 years ago. All of our items are not without some natural aging and use. Crazing is a normal thing that happens to the glaze of pottery, almost all pieces will have it. We strive to provide you with some of the best products, they are not "new" and may have imperfections. We strive to post accurate photographs that portray the products from all angles and give error-free information in our write ups. All of our items are sold "as is".

The majority of the items we sell are insured when they are mailed, so most refunds are provided by The United States Postal Service insurance, FedEx, UPS, Etc. Once you receive a damaged package you will need to take pictures of the exterior package and contents. You will need to keep all of the package. You will need to provide digital photos to me and to the mailing service. You will also need to fill out all necessary paperwork.
If there was no insurance on your package we will work together to come up with a reasonable solution.
Any damaged package/ order must be reported back to us within 24 hours after delivery to start the paperwork.

Sorry, we do not accept the return of products that have been purchased but if there is a problem with breakage you must contact us immediately so a postal claim can be started if insurance was paid.
