If you're unsure about dimensions (width x height), don't worry — the orientation of your artwork will match the sample image shown in the listing. Need a custom size? Just send us a message — we’re happy to create something that fits your space perfectly!

How long does it take to receive my order?

For U.S. orders, you can expect delivery within 3–7 business days for canvas products. For Canada and EU orders, shipping takes around 5–10 business days. We have production partners in the U.S., Canada, and Europe, so your order will be printed and shipped from the location closest to you — ensuring fast and reliable delivery!

Can I see a preview before printing?

Yes! For personalized designs, we always send you a digital preview within 5-10 hours after receiving your information. We’ll wait for your approval before printing.

Return & Refund Policy

Since our products are made-to-order and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos of the problem — we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly, whether that means a replacement or refund
