Your digital downloads are available in your purchases in your Etsy profile. To download you will need to go to the Etsy homepage, click on your Etsy profile icon and then select purchases. A digital download button should appear next to your purchases. If using a mobile device you will not be able to download through the app. You must use your browser on your mobile device and go to your Etsy profile then purchase history to download.

The SVG file will most likely look like a web document but it is an SVG file. It may have the icon for your browser (chrome, firefox, explorer, ect.) but once you import the file into your software it will work as an SVG file regardless which icon your computer has assigned to the file.

As many of you know, Design Space has recently been having issues with SVG files. They are aware of it and are working to fix it. However, if you have any issues with a design not uploading the how it appears in my listing photos, please contact me and I will do my best to help you!

You must first unzip the file in order to access the design files.

On a PC:
-right click on file
-click extract all
-choose the location you would like to files to be placed
-click extract
the files are now ready to use.

On a MAC:
-double click to unzip

On a mobile device:
- if you are on an iphone or ipad and have the latest IOS update, you can unzip the file in the files app with the blue folder icon, by clicking on the zip folder.
- if you don't have the updated IOS, you can install and use the izip app for free from the app store.

You may use my designs for personal and Small Business use.
