we send all items by registered post or EMS . end to end tracking is provided to client. generally order reaches in around 20 to 25 working days but it can even take upto 60 working days. delayed delivery is not in our hands . It totally depends on courier services and other situations

refunds / lost orders in transit/ delayed delivery ?

We do not offer refunds once the order is shipped and tracking details are provided. You can get in touch with your local post office for inquiries by giving them tracking details as these are sent by registered packets . to confirm order is lost we need 15 woking days after 60 working days timeline . if its lost we give full refund or resend as per client wish. For delayed delivery we are not responsible and no refunds are issued.

need refund because later you realize its international shipment / or just want it within few days / need items to gte dispatched quickly?

We do not consider such clients where they demand refunds once the order is shipped just within few days after shipment, by giving reasons like its already 10 days , we will raise etsy complaint etc etc. our order cancellation timeline is of one hour after you place order . our dispatch timeline is clearly mentioned in announcement, and each listing as well as here which is 2 to 3 weeks . we do not accept cancellations after few days of placing orders where clients demand quick shipment

received damaged item ?

please send us picture and video of package opening ( just as a proof that it is received in that condition only and not used and damaged later ) within 2 working days after delivery. we will consider and offer refund or resend your order. if you send us picture or image later refund or resend will not be possible.

how much time to dispatch ?

our each order processing time is of 2 to 3 weeks . Our shop is not for those who expect molds will get dispatched quickly after placing order. our team works on each mold very hard and we make sure to dispatch quality molds to our clients which involves time. If you demand a refund because you did not read or knew about it within this timeframe we do not accept cancellations.
