How do I order a custom portrait?

Pick what size you would like for any of my custom portraits and check out. Once you place your order, you must message Colle Creative through Etsy and include any and all helpful pictures as well as an address that applies. Once pictures are received, I will follow up with any questions to ensure the painting is to your specifications. Once my drawing is complete, I will send you a picture for approval through Etsy. If my drawing is not approved within 5 days of the drawing picture being sent, I will begin painting without your approval. A picture of your finished painting will be sent to you through Etsy and will be shipped soon after.

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush orders are available if I have the capacity to fit them into my painting schedule. The product "Add On – Rush Order" will be active if the option is available. If the rush order option is available and you would like to add it to your order, simply add it to your cart with your custom portrait BEFORE checking out. Once you have both your custom portrait and the add-on product in your cart, you may check out.

Do you have holiday cutoff dates?

Depending on the demand for custom paintings around popular holidays (Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc.), I may create or change a cutoff date at any time if my order capacity is reached. If there is a cutoff date, or if the date has passed, this will be listed in the product listing’s details as well as my Etsy shop announcement.

Does any of your art come framed?

No. My custom paintings and prints do not come framed or matted.

What size paintings do you offer?

Home Portraits, Apartment Portraits, Architecture Portraits, Wedding Venue Portraits, and Front Door Portraits come in four sizes - 5x7in, 8x10in, 11x14in, and 16x20in. Pet Portraits come in two sizes - 8x10in and 11x14in. Ornaments come in one size - 3 1/2in diameter.

Is shipping included?

Shipping is included in any orders over $35.

How is my order shipped?

Your order is shipped via USPS. All orders come with free tracking and are insured for the pre-tax value of your order. Your paintings, cards, and/or prints are packaged carefully in high-quality materials to ensure they get to you safely. Colle Creative is not responsible for delays or damage that may occur during shipping, however, if your order happens to arrive damaged, please let me know as soon as possible to discuss your options. You are not able to upgrade your shipping once your order is placed.

What are your shop hours?

Colle Creative is open from 9:00 am CST to 5:00 pm CST Monday – Friday. Colle Creative is not open during the weekend or on holidays.

My print or card order has been delivered damaged. What do I do?

If your items are delivered damaged in any way, please send me a message immediately. Your message should include multiple (three or more) high-quality images of the damage on the prints and the packaging from multiple angles. You also may be required to complete a form confirming the damage, included in a claim with Etsy. After I receive the images and/or the claim form is completed, I will get started on a replacement for your order.

Are there Customs fees when buying internationally?

When a package ships internationally it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are usually due once the package arrives in the destination country. In general, the buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary and are often based on the price, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties and fees of the destination country. Most sellers on Etsy can’t predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied. Etsy doesn’t expect sellers to calculate or collect these fees or taxes. Etsy isn’t responsible for any additional charges that may apply after a purchase is completed.

Original and creative! I love this print. Customer service is fantastic. My original order was damaged by my mail carrier who bent the mailer to fit in my mailbox. Colle promptly replaced my print and put stickers on the mailer saying “Do Not Bend!” Sure enough, the mail carrier left it at my door this time! Thank you Colle!
