No, they are not. We make all the pieces for their buyers. For example, if you buy a ring, it will be cast out with our molds based on your size. This helps us to prevent wrong sizing and be precise in the details. If you order an item, it will be produced the next day of your order.

Customs - Importing Fees

United States Orders (DDP): All shipments to the USA are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means all customs duties and import taxes are prepaid by us. You will not face any additional charges upon delivery. All Other Countries (DDU): Orders outside the USA are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means import duties, VAT, or customs fees may be applied by your local authorities and remain the buyer’s responsibility. These fees vary by country and are outside our control. We always provide complete customs documentation to help ensure smooth clearance. If you’re unsure about your country’s import policies, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Since it depends on the ring, we might find a middle way. However, band rings are with detailed pattern covering the entire ring, it cannot be resized without damaging the design. The ring would need to be reproduced from scratch in the correct size.

✦ Care Guide ✦

We all know the 925 sterling and all other silver types tarnish in time. But the question is: How can we avoid or slow it down? For the answer, you can read the guide below!

• Shower: It's not a great idea. But it isn't going to do any lasting damage. Just make sure to dry it afterward.

• Swimming Pool: Chlorine is a harsh chemical, so if you accidentally forget to remove your silver jewelry before hopping in, rinse and clean it afterward.

• Hot Tub: The same idea as the swimming pool, but there's even more chlorine in the hot tub, and the heat can accelerate the chemical reaction.

• Hot Springs: The sulfur in natural hot springs will wreak havoc on your silver. Avoid it at all costs unless you're going for that "dark oxidized" look.

• Bonus Tip: Chemicals in lotions and perfumes can also cause your jewelry to tarnish.

✦ Returns, Exchanges & Order Cancellations ✦

• Returns: At AngeliosJewelry, we no longer accept returns, except for our valued customers in the UK and EU countries due to complexities with customs and shipping. Please be certain of your choices—whether it’s ring size, chain length, or product personalization—before placing your order.

• Exchanges: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time, except for those in the UK and EU countries. For sizing issues, especially with rings, we recommend considering local resizing services. It’s often a simpler and more economical option than processing an exchange.

• Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. This quick window allows us to begin crafting your piece as soon as possible.
