Unfortunately at this time we do not offer custom designs outside of what’s currently offered in our shop.

Please wash surface with a mild soap and let dry completely before applying your sticker. Dirt or dust left behind may prevent sticker from sticking.

While our stickers are water-resistant and have a laminate finish, handwash is still highly recommended. Stickers may not retain quality if submerged in water for long periods of time.

We are not responsible for lost or returned orders due to incorrect shipping addresses. Please double check your address before checking out.

Buyers will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

In the case that an order is completely lost due to an incorrect address, buyer will be responsible for the cost of the replacement.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days (M-F excluding holidays) but no longer than 45 days after the day it’s been shipped, please contact me.

We offer a "TRACKED" option at check-out for all of our orders! These will come with an official USPS number and are able to be tracked on USPS's website.

All stickers that are shipped via the $1.15 standard shipping option will include a Pitney Bowe's tracking number, but this tracking is not always entirely accurate. Tracking info for these labels can be found at tracking.pb.com or here on Etsy.

There’s a chance your order was not scanned into the system. This is currently the case with all Pitney Bowes letter labels provided to us sellers through Etsy. Some orders are never fully updated, even after they are delivered.
