I offer a lifetime warranty. If there is any quality problem with the ring, I am willing to help! Please feel free to contact me!
In the first 12 months, I will repair and replace any loose or lost stones for free, as long as there is no damage to the ring. After the first 12 months, I will charge a small fee for repairs and replacements.

International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please leave a note for your phone number when you place the order. Then when the package arrived in your country, the express company will contact you for the custom duty tax.

Yes, I could accept the cancellation. Please contact me within 24 Hours after you place the order, and the full refund will be issued within 3 business days.
If it’s later than 24 Hours, I will charge 20% of total price for the metal I have already used. Hope you could understand.

If the size is not super suitable for you, please feel free to contact me and I could resize the ring for you freely once. If the request exceed more than one year after you got the ring, I will ask for a reasonable price.
