For tracked deliveries, the tracking number will be provided on your order and on your email dispatch notification. Please copy/paste your tracking code into google or The Royal Mail to access tracking information. If tracking has not been purchased during checkout, it will not be possible to track your parcel later.

Please note that delivery date ranges which appear on listings & orders are estimations, opposed to guarantees. In reality, delivery may take longer than estimated. Royal Mail Delivery Times

Below is the Royal Mail’s delivery ‘aims’: -To UK destinations: aims at the next working day -To Europe: aims at 3-5 working days -To the rest of the world: aims at 5-10 working days These are aims, opposed to estimations or guarantees. In reality, delivery could take longer, especially around peak times. The further the distance, the more likely a delay and this is not within sellers’ control.

Occasionally, a parcel will experience a delay within the postal system & will take longer to arrive than expected. Delivery delays may be due to heavy postal traffic, pandemic, staff shortages, customs hold ups, weather hazards, postal strikes etc. Slow delivery is frustrating for both customers and sellers. Unfortunately, sellers have no control over what happens within the postal system.
