How many different coloured fruits and vegetables can you eat today? Every time you eat a fruit or veggie mark it in the correct coloured section for the day. You can write the name of the food, place a tick and/or colour the space to complete the rainbow! At the end of the day count how many fruit and veggies you’ve eaten and write the number in the inner circle. It is recommended we eat 5-10 servings of fruits or vegetables a day, trying to ‘eat the rainbow’ will help you do that.
