If you notice that your address is wrong then please let me know immediately as I can not change an address once it enters the postal system.

Occasionally I dispatch orders on the day that I receive them so be quick to notify me before it's too late!

I will happily alter an address if you let me know before I have dispatched the order.

I do not provide personal discounts at this time. I like to be fair on everybody- so I will occasionally run a sale within my shop which everybody can take advantage of.

At the moment I am not taking on any custom work- sorry for any disappointment.

If your parcel is returned to me because of the fault of a postal company, or it wasn't collected from the Post Office in time (if it was left there), then I will automatically issue a refund when the package gets back to me.

You are very welcome to place a new order if you wish.

Cancellations are accepted. I have a cancellation policy which you can read just above my FAQ section.

I am the creator and copyright holder of all designs, artwork and photographs in this shop.

My designs/ artwork/ photographs are not for copying or modifying, neither can you make derivatives of my designs in 2D or 3D form under any circumstances without my written permission. Please respect my IP, thank you!

At the moment I am not looking to supply any shops that I don't currently supply, but if you are interested do get in touch just in case things have changed.

A select few pieces of my work can be found in "The Nest" in Liverpool on the Albert Dock, and in the "Bluecoat display centre" in Liverpool.

I also sell a select few designs on TeePublic.

Etsy is currently the only place that you can purchase my physical work online.

I get a lot of requests asking to create custom wooden ornaments or to modify my current designs.

Unfortunately at the moment I can not alter the designs I sell. Because I rely upon a production partner to make my wooden designs for me, I have to have my designs made in multiples, not one off's.

Why do I use a production partner? I wish I didn't have to rely upon one, but I don't have the space or money to possess the machinery unfortunately. I do all of the illustrations, design work and computer file set up for each design though...if you're wondering :-)
