Will all cards be identical?

When ordering more than 1 of the same item, every effort is made to made the items identical however due to this being a handmade product please note that there might be slight variations but this only makes each product more unique

Can you send cards directly to the recipient?

Yes - A message can be printed in black ink on the inside of the card. Select the option to post to the recipient at checkout and leave a note of the message you want. Please ensure that the delivery address is correct.

Do you do bespoke cards?

Yes - please contact me directly to see whether I can crochet the design you would like. The cost will vary depending on the time and materials needed.

I have received my item and the wording or design is different than i thought it would be?

If NO personalisation details are left for design numbers, patterns, wording or colours you will receive the same attributes that are in the main photo for the listing.Please make sure you double check that you have entered everything how you would like it and it is spelt correctly.

Can I change the wording of the text?

Yes - Simple text changes can be made at no extra cost. e.g. from Mum to Mom. Leave a note at checkout

My order requires customisation, where do I leave the instructions?

Any cards which require customisation e.g adding a name or age please put this in notes at the checkout section. This will be copied and pasted so please ensure the wording is correct

Is there tracking on orders?

We only offer tracking if you opt of express delivery which comes at an additional cost
