When will my order ship?

Ready To Ship items will ship within 3 to 5 business days. My current turn around time for Made To Order items is 6 to 9 business days before shipment. If both Made To Order items & Ready To Ship items are purchased together, all items will ship together when the Made To Order items are finished.

How will my order be shipped?

Shipping fees are based on the weight of the item in its packaging. Items shipped in the US weighing 15.9 ounces or less are shipped via first class mail. Items weighing over 16 ounces are shipped via priority mail. International sales are shipped via first class international. I most often use polymailers or poly bubble mailers. Larger orders will be sent in a box.

Will I Pay Pay Import Taxes, Custom Duties & Other Fees For My International Order?

International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Do You Take Custom/Personalized Orders?

If you are interested in an item but would prefer a different color, fabric type, size or embellishment (if applicable), please feel free to contact me and I’ll create a custom order for you. Customized items are a final sale and cannot be returned!

Do You Accept Refunds Or Exchanges?

My goal is for you to be extremely satisfied with your purchase. I stand by my items and make every effort to describe them properly and offer clear photos. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receiving your purchase, if an item is grossly misrepresented or arrives damaged. Return authorizations are required for proper processing via a conversation. Should you need to return your purchase, you will receive a refund in the amount of the original purchase, less the shipping after the returned item has been received by me.

International Orders ( Non-US Orders) Wait Times

For International (Non-US) orders, AFTER shipping, It can take a minimum of 6 weeks or more for international orders before delivery. Please be sure you can wait this long before placing an order.
