The design is minimalist but the natural wood grain prevents it from feeling cold or too stark. The finishing is absolutely perfect. CollectifNook packaged the urn securely so it was protected from any damage in transit. It attracted many positive comments from friends and family at the service—it was definitely the right choice for us.

The craftsmanship is good. I especially like the light colored wood that's been grooved to look like pages. The dark colored wood has nice patterns in it. I will use it as an urn and got the laser engraving done locally. Canada Post managed to bang a corner, there was padding but I would recommend to put even more cardboard for the corners.
