Do you take custom orders?

We love custom orders! We always look forward to creating something new. Send us a conversation with your vision and we would love the opportunity to make it come to life for you.

What are your current production times?

Many of our items are READT TO SHIP! Virtually all jewelry box, wood framed signs, and furniture pieces are one of a kind completed items that are ready to ship upon purchase. These pieces are mailed within 1-3 business days. Our goal is to get MADE TO ORDER items out to you as quickly as possible, but we also believe quality takes time. Production times are communicated within each listing. Wood flags and custom sign orders are currently at a 2-3 week processing time. While generally spot on, they are an estimate and any delay in this time frame will be communicated to you. Production times do not include shipping times. Carol Louise Designs is not responsible for delays within the shipping carrier.

What are your shipping policies?

Our goal is to get your item to you as safe and quick as possible. We often utilize recycled packing materials when available to keep shipping costs low and mail all packages via USPS. A tracking number will be provided to you once the item has shipped. Unfortunately we do not have control once the package is in transit; therefore, we cannot be held liable for any inconveniences caused by carrier shipping delays. Carol Louise Designs is not responsible for shipping delays or returns due to incorrect addresses. As the seller, the only address we receive is the one provided to us by Etsy. Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. Any returned packages will be REMAILED at the buyer's expense.

Additional shipping policies:

We do our best to ship multiple products purchased together when possible. Any shipping overages will be refunded to your original form of payment.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Every effort goes into making sure your item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely to your home; however, shipping accidents do occasionally happen. If your product arrives damaged in the package, please contact Carol Louise Designs within 48 hours of delivery receipt and we’d be happy to discuss the best way to remedy the situation. We require a minimum of three photos of the damaged product as well as the packaging it was shipped in as this will be needed to file a claim with the mail carrier. Any issues presented beyond this time will NOT be the shops responsibility.

Do you accept returns?

Our goal is 100% satisfaction. We love what we do and take great pride in our work. If you find you are not in love with your order, please contact us within three days of the delivery receipt to discuss possible options. We will not offer refunds for items delayed in shipping due to USPS delays. Custom orders are not eligible for returns. Exchanges or cancellations are not offered at this time.

- PLEASE NOTE:
This sign does not come with hanging hardware. If you would like a sawtooth hanger attached, please list this in the Notes to Seller when checking out and we’d be happy to include! While we do seal the signs, we still recommend placement on a covered porch and out of the direct elements to prevent aging over time.

***Our signs are handcrafted from start to finish. Knots, grain, and small imperfections are unique to each piece of wood. While the same process is followed every time, each piece of wood absorbs stain and paint differently which means no two pieces will look exactly alike. Sizes are approximate and may vary slightly. Exact colors may also vary slightly from device to device***
