Where can I print my digital art?

You may also print from your local photo center such as Costco, Staples, Walgreens, Target, Walmart, etc as well. Just upload and save your art to a flash drive to bring with you. While I highly recommend a professional printing service, if you choose to print using a home printer, please note color outcome and quality will vary.

May I request a custom size?

Please let me know if you need another size and I’ll be happy to try and accommodate to your size needs! If you require a different size than is offered, please message me first to see if the custom size can be accommodated. I receive several requests for resizing every day, so my turn around time is currently 72 hours to send the custom size artwork.

Where can I find picture frames?

All the frames used in my shop's listings are digital mockup photos. Meaning they were all digitally created in Adobe Photoshop. They are not physical frames that are sold. However, I am based in the US and I love the listed sites below for beautiful frames: *frameiteasy.com *finerworks.com *framebridge.com

I purchased a digital item, however I do not have an Etsy account.

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you will find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. If you do not see the emailed receipt from Etsy, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it is not there, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.

I am having trouble downloading my purchase.

If nothing happens when you click the download link, it is possible that there is an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you have installed and try again. If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can not open the file, please contact me so I can help. If you have a firewall set up through Adobe, sometime clicking on the PDF link will not work. Please disable the firewall, or reach out to me.

I can not find my download notification email/Esty receipt.

Check your spam or junk inbox first. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it is not in your junk or spam inbox, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future!

Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?

To access your digital files from your account simply: Download your prints under the Purchases/Reviews section in your Etsy account. Please follow the link to find your purchases: www.etsy.com/your/purchases Please note that you can NOT download a digital purchase through the Etsy App you must do it in your web browser. Next to the order, select 'Download Files'. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction has not been cancelled or removed. If your payment is still processing, the 'Download Files' button will be grey.

I am having an Apply Pay issue.

If you paid via Apple Pay and can not locate your order, or did not receive the emailed Etsy receipt, please read below: When signing into Etsy through the app, you chose the option "Hide My Email", which creates a unique, random email address to use within apps, websites, etc., to keep your personal email private. Resulting in not receiving the Etsy email receipt with the link to download your files. Instead, it was sent to the randomly created email address. If you cannot locate your order by logging into your Etsy account through a web browser (Etsy.com - not the app), please reach out to me through Etsy messaging.
