What doll wouldn't love to wear this cute dress to a Halloween party?!?

The sleeveless, dropped waist bodice is a black cotton fabric with small white polka-dots with a pretty red ribbon and white button details. The bodice is lined with a black poly-blend fabric. The attached skirt is a fun multi color cotton fabric with a Halloween theme print. The dress opens in the back approximately 3/4 of the way and closes with Velcro. All edges are professionally finished.
