The orders are posted to the shipping address stated in your Etsy profile, so please make sure that it is correct!

The items are shipped from Latvia (Europe).
Usually I send the parcels via standard registered airmail service.
All shipping notifications will have the parcel tracking number.

I will endeavour to ship your item within 1-3 busines days of purchasing. If the item will be made by order it will takes longer time and it will be written in a listing.

Please allow 1-2 working weeks to deliver if living within EU.

Please allow 2 - 4 working weeks to deliver if living within USA , Australia.

All items are securely packed to avoid their damage during the shipping, but if you feel that an item has been damadged, please contact me. I really want you to be happy with your purchase and will do my best to work something out.

Customs duties for customers ordering out of European Union. Depending on your country, additional customs charges, fees or taxes may be due when you receive your package. You are fully responsible for these fees and they are not included in item and shipping price.
