TO ORDER, If you have a customized image/photo or a digital image file you purchased on Etsy, upload it in the conversation in the Etsy message box by clicking on the picture icon. If your image is from a pubic domain site please add image URL from (rawpixel unsplash etc) in the special field at the checkout page.

If you would like a particular image size, no border, or a larger border, please send a request. Adjustments can usually be accommodated.

PLEASE NOTE, Buyer is responsible for sending an image file that is of suitable resolution for the size print they order. If low resolution image files are sent, they will be printed at the size ordered. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES will be given due to use of low resolution/low quality image files. If you are unsure about the resolution (pixel dimensions and dpi) of your image, please contact me before making your purchase to check and see if it meets the requirements.

Please do not send screenshots, Pintrest pins, Tweet urls or other images copied from the web as they are not suitable for print use. Low quality image files make low quality prints and high quality image files make high quality prints. I want you to be stoked on the quality of your print. The only time I get complaints is when low resolution low quality or out of focus image files are sent. It's 100% your responsibility to provide me with the proper file for the size you order. As a rule, the more pixels and the larger the image file size is, the better. If its less the 1 MB its probably not going to print well.


FINE ART GICLEE QUALITY

Expect unmatched quality with crisp detail and vivid color from my state of the art Canon PRO 4100 giclée process. I use Canon OEM LUCIA PRO water based pigment inks and high quality professional grade fine art paper to achieve a wide color gamut, deep rich blacks and beautiful tonal transitions. Your prints are produced using only archival materials, they will not fade or yellow, but maintain their original quality for as long as you own them.

My value proposition is simple. Pair world class giclée printing with world class public domain artwork, then deliver it with world class service at a price anyone in the world can afford. No amount of money will buy you a finer giclée than what you will purchase in this shop.

PLEASE NOTE: Packages are shipped via USPS first class or Ground Advantage. The Estimated delivery times displayed by Etsy are often inaccurate and can sometimes take several weeks or more to arrive depending on various factors such as weather and labor shortages at USPS. USPS tracking is also often not accurate or updated regularly and isn't a reliable source of information about the current location of your package. My shop is not affiliated with USPS and I have no control over the delivery time or tracking info once the package leaves my facility.

Processing time before shipment is 1-7 business days. Customers who send viable print files at the time the order is placed (or before ordering) will receive priority processing (1-3 business days) and customers who don't send the correct file will have their orders placed at the back of the line. Shipping is USPS First-Class with tracking. Larger sized orders may be shipped USPS Priority. Prints may be shipped either flat or rolled, depending on size. To flatten rolled prints, they can be laid out under a stack of heavy books.


PAPER OPTIONS

I offer each made to order giclee in 2 paper qualities.

Archival Matte. (This paper option is best for photos. ) This is the Toyota Corolla of fine art papers. It's solid, good looking and affordable. This paper has a very smooth bright white surface which makes the art really POP. It's made to stand the test of time and it won't break the bank. (Please do not order William Turner paper for photos or images with dark ink.)

Sunset Textured 310 gsm. This is a nice thick water color style paper. A fine choice when you want some tooth and substance.
