It also allows you to log your symptoms and rate the severity, so you can identify any potential triggers.

This Daily Skin & Acne Journal Tracker was EXACTLY what I was looking for. I searched far and wide and even tried to design something myself, but once I found this template - I hhit gold. Don't waste your time trying to search for something better or do it yourself, Val has your back!
