All plastic parts are 3D printed using polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PET-G). PET-G is a hardy, durable thermo-plastic. However, as with all plastics, pieces need to be treated with a reasonable degree of care, in particular, the small pegs on the backs of items, especially the tinier ones on letter sets. Please don't slide pegs while attached to your board. Pull the piece straight out and reposition as needed.

Due to the nature of 3D printing, surfaces may not be as perfectly smooth as you would see from something injection molded in a factory, but this does not affect use.

All products from The ABC Supply Co contain small parts which could pose a choking hazard. These products are not meant for small children, especially those under 3 years of age.

If you have chosen untracked shipping, please understand we are not responsible for any packages should they become lost in transit. All of our icons and lettersets are designed to be used on FELT letter boards. They do work on many plastic boards as well. However, unlike felt and plastic boards, wooden slats have no give whatsoever, so we cannot guarantee that they will fit your specific wooden letter board. Therefore, we cannot recommend purchasing icons or lettersets for wooden boards anywhere other than from the manufacturer of your specific wooden letter board.
