Item will be shipped as soon as payment has cleared, usually within 3 business days.

Great care will be taken to make sure your item is packaged to reach you in perfect
condition.

Normally I use Royal Mail's airmail standard shipping, this does not have tracking numbers.

Shipping to the USA can take anything from 5 - 21 working days (with the average time being about 8 working days!).

If you would like your order to be tracked there will be a small additional fee.

Custom pet portraits and original paintings are sent using Royal Mail's international signed for service. Their aim is to deliver in about 5 to 14 working days.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for any fees/taxes charged at customs.

For Australian customers a 10% tax fee is applied to your order at checkout on behalf of the Australian Government.
