DISCLAIMER: not scratch resistant, use a microfiber cloth to clean. I recommend a matte finish for this problem. or buy matte clear spray.
This material is NOT UV resistant so like anything in constant contact with the sun there's a chance for damage & dulling of color that said, there are plenty of products out there to help maintain the emblem like a UV & Water repellent spray can. if you do decide to spray your emblem please note it might dull out the shine or shine up the matte product.
