Holiday Cooking For All Occasions presented by Home Economics Teachers Best Recipes Cookbook, plastic SB , 1993, 156 pages, Gerry Murry Henderson, Editor, Grady Reed, California Cookbook Company. This cookbook is in excellent condition: no stains, turndowns, writing or splatters, and best of all, no odors. The plastic comb is perfect without breakage.

As you can see from the table of contents, there are recipes for all the major holidays. The contributors (see picture) are all California Home Ec. teachers from all around the major cities. This is a favorite in our family (we each have a copy) which were purchased as fundraisers for the various schools but make no mistake, they have tried and true and many of the recipes in here I have found similar in Bon Appetite, Gourmet Magazine and Cooks Magazine: these teachers have made them their own. We all love that the ingredients are written as you use them for the recipe. There are no color photos. Each holiday section has a picture in black and white.
