All patterns are Toffoletta’s design, please do not resell, redistribute, copy or share them.
You can sell the finished items you make from my patterns, please give credit in your listing or in your website or social profile.

PATTERNS (DIGITAL ITEMS)
The patterns in my shop are digital items, so please note that once you downloaded them, any refund is impossible.

CREATIONS (PHYSICAL ITEMS)
I don't refund made-to-order and customized items, the refund is available only in the event that the object has clearly visible and ascertained defects.

The refund request will be accepted if the item has not been used or in any measure ruined, in this case please contact me within 30 days from the payment date.
The refund will be made after the item is returned.

Please note that the return shipping cost is to be paid by the customer

If you have an Etsy account, after your purchase you’ll see a 'View your files' link which goes to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order.

Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, confirmation might take a few minutes.

Etsy will also send you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Etsy and/or PayPal.

To access your digital file(s), go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews and look for the order.
To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
