+ We employ efficient and affordable shipping options that include online tracking, offered by reputable carriers. While we maintain a flat rate for international shipping, regardless of the number of items ordered, shipping to our home city of Hong Kong is complimentary.

+ Once the shipping carrier confirms that your package has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to you via Etsy.

+ Since the shipping carrier may work with different local agencies in the destination country for the final delivery, whether the buyer or recipient needs to sign for the package, or if it will be left at the door, will depend on the local agent's policies.

+ Our goal is to ship orders weekly. Typically, orders confirmed by Saturday (Hong Kong time) will be dispatched on Tuesday, or on Thursday if Tuesday falls on a non-business day. + For shipments to the U.S., we offer a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping service. This means that, typically, any applicable customs duties and taxes are taken care of at the time of delivery.
