Can you recreate my logo onto coffee towels?

Machine embroidery digitising of logos or artwork is a skilled, time consuming process and as this is purely a hobby-business for me I only embroider my own designs, sorry.

Are your cloths suitable for polishing my espresso machine?

No! I wouldn’t advise using them as polishing cloths. I wouldn’t ever use ANY cloth with seams or stitching of any kind myself for risk of micro scratches. My towels are more likely to be used as a ‘side cloth’, to wipe a portafilter, say, or to catch a few stray grounds, or to place your distribution tool upon. It is a ‘front of house’ piece of kit to complement your coffee set-up.

Do you sell microfibre cloths?

No, sorry, I don’t. There are many reasons why. Partly because they are not robust enough in my opinion for my embroidered logos. Also, I tend to think of a microfibre cloth as being something used for cleaning and polishing - I wouldn’t like to think my cloths were used for that purpose because machine embroidery could possibly scratch shiny surfaces (even without an embroidery a microfibre cloth can scratch, some have scratchy seams etc and due to the varied plastic content in the cloth they are capable of causing micro-scratches).

Refunds and Returns Clarification

I offer refunds on all my non personalised products, provided the item/s have been returned in good order in original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately I cannot offer refunds on any of the personalised items unless there is a fault with the item. I really want my customers to be totally happy with their items so please message me via Etsy if you are in anyway unhappy with your order and I will do my very best to resolve any issues.

Why are shipping fees so high for overseas orders?

I have to use a tracked service to be able to comply with mine and Etsy's policies. I can't get round this. Royal Mail, while offering the most competitive service in the UK for overseas mail, have become increasingly unreliable and therefore I do not use their service preferring to use a reliable carrier such as DHL, DPD etc I do not make money from the fees charged and in most cases make a loss. Some of my regular buyers get together with other coffee-lovers and place a larger order than share the shipping costs, while others use a mail forwarding service from the UK. My margins on the towels are very low so I can't 'swallow up' some of the shipping costs as some businesses do. I hope this information helps you make an informed decision.

Why can't you post to my country?

Certain EU countries such as Germany, Spain, France and certain other countries have their own consumer laws regarding packaging. The VerpackG for example is an environmental law that ensures sellers such as myself pay for the amount of consumer packaging they send to German customers. This includes: plastic, paper and cardboard. Once products are packaged using these I am required to declare this annually using a fee paid registration service in these countries. Because my sales are very low to these countries it wouldn't be cost effective to register with the necessary waste management companies in each country involved.

If it is obvious that the name needs an *apostrophe s* and you haven't added this when entering your text, I will add it as a matter of course (such as: Mildred's Coffee Corner etc). The embroidered design measures approximately 80mm (3") across.

Towels are 30cm square. Black towel has hanging loop at the rear right corner, dark grey towel has hanging loop centre top front, mid grey has a red loop at the rear right corner.

My unique embroidery designs are inspired both by manufacturers' logos and the world of coffee in general. I am so happy to make something I hope enhances your coffee set up. Coffee has been a passion of mine for many years and to combine it with my hobbies of embroidery and leather craft (and that is what this is first and foremost, a hobby) and to share that with people all around the world through my Etsy store brings a big smile to my face! The towels are not microfibre, they are dark grey, almost black, cotton towels 30cm square. Towel loop one side and a kind of waffle cloth the other side and with a hanging loop centre top. They are designed to enhance your coffee kit, first and foremost. The all black towels are towel both sides with a hanging loop top right on the back.

The logo is machine stitched on the lower portion of the towel side towards the right hand corner on the towel side.

I wouldn’t advise using them as polishing cloths. I wouldn’t ever use ANY cloth with seams or stitching of any kind myself, not on shiny chrome espresso machines etc for risk of micro scratches. They are more likely to be used as a ‘side cloth’, to wipe a portafilter, say, or to catch a few stray grounds, or to place your distribution tool upon. It is a ‘front of house’ piece of kit to complement your machine, not a back room cleaning cloth :)

Care Instructions: Cool wash and dry flat. Iron on reverse of embroidery. The towel will fade with multiple washes.
