This listing includes the watercolor illustration shown in the first listing photo above (any other illustration shown in my shop may be substituted), along with customizing text and colors with your event information and color palette. SAMPLES
The samples are generic paper samples for you to SEE PRINT and PAPER QUALITY. Images will usually differ from the ones shown, as they will be pulled from already printed stock and therefore cannot be customized. Mailed samples will arrive in standard white envelopes with address printing upgrades. Paper samples are shipped via USPS first-class mail.

PLACING YOUR INVITATION ORDER
Purchase the listing with the design you want featuring your chosen venue in the first listing image. Include the information below in the "notes to seller" section at Etsy checkout or through Etsy messages. When I receive your order and details, proofs will be sent to you through Etsy Message. I am happy to make as many revisions as needed until you think they are perfect. However, please keep in mind that 3 rounds of proofs are included in the price of your purchase. Once you give final approval, I will send it to the print shop and mail it to you.

IF adding UPGRADES:
Please message with any upgrade requests. Inform me of the name of the package you are requesting and how many sets you require. Please include any extras you would like in this message and I will create a custom quote and invoice for you to make the ordering process a breeze. Below you will find itemized pricing for upgrades.

Details I'll need for your proofs:

INVITATION:
1. Font Choice and Color – Not needed if same as 1st listing image.
2. Full Names of couple Brides name listed first unless requested otherwise.
3. Wording Choices - Weddings are traditionally hosted by the bride’s parents. Please include the bride’s father’s full name, or the names of both parents if they are not married to each other. If you prefer non-traditional wording, please let me know.
- “honor of your presence” is traditional wording for weddings in a place of worship, while “pleasure of your company” is traditionally used for weddings outside a place of worship. I will use the corresponding phrase unless otherwise requested.
4. Wedding date
5. Wedding start time (exact time of wedding)
6. Ceremony venue name and location
7. “Reception to follow” will be at the bottom unless you inform me otherwise.
8. Attire – If you choose to include requested wedding attire, Wedding etiquette states it is traditionally placed in the bottom right hand corner of the invite. If you do not include this information, I will leave it off of the invite.

2. Any unique wording changes if you want " Accepts with joy" Sadly regrets" etc.

4. Name(s) and address for reply envelopes (if you are adding on envelope address printing)

PROOFS
Proofs will be sent through Etsy message, usually within 2 business days from when your purchase is completed and all information is received. Layout and art changes occurring after the first set of proofs may result in an additional design fees. I will work with you until you think the design is perfect, however only 3 rounds of proofing are included in your purchase price. To avoid extra charges, please be as specific as possible with editing requests. Additional proofing will incur a $15 per card sur charge.

PROOFING NOTE
You are responsible for proof reading all text to ensure there are no typos. PLEASE REVIEW PROOFS VERY CAREFULLY! I recommend having at least one extra set of eyes review the information for you. Susan James Originals will not be responsible for any typos or incorrect day/dates that are on final proofs approved by customers. Reprints for typos and mistakes on approved items will be subject to reprint fees.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Standard prints typically ship 2 weeks from your FINAL PROOF APPROVAL. All packages include tracking through USPS. Upgrades/add-ons require additional processing time. These include special envelopes, pocket folds, letterpress, wax seals, etc. Please ensure all your details are confirmed and ready when you place your order.

If you require a rush order, I will try to accommodate your request. Rush Processing is a $100 charge on top of your package price. This fee will push your order to the top of the list for proofing and production. Rush orders typically ship within a week of proof approval, though some exceptions apply.

Separate rush fees apply to any requested upgrades such as custom art. Please contact me if this applies to your order.

PRINTED ADDRESSES – Take the pressure off yourself, and let us print your envelope addresses for you. We will use coordinating fonts to match your invitation suite.

Make your invitation suite unique with the deckled edges. Each card is torn by hand adding a look and feel of luxury. Printing on the back of deckled edge is not available.

Wax seals come made with professional grade adhesive for a super strong hold.
If you would like a light hold for re-sealable items like vellum wraps, let us know. Light hold adhesive is an additional +$0.25 each.

PARTIAL ASSEMBLY
All invitation sets are DIY assembly. If you require assembly, please let me know and I will send a custom quote. DIY option requires you to tie, wrap, stuff, seal, and apply appropriate postage to each set. Adhesives are not included except for wax seals.

Partial Assembly without response envelope postage.

I am happy to custom illustrate your venue for you!
To get begin design process, send a message with your venue name and location. Choose a line drawing or watercolor painting along with at least one photo reference image showing the exact angle you want illustrated. Include special requests such as foliage to include or décor like planters. Also include items you would like removed, like flags, benches, etc. Please keep in mind, I cannot illustrate anything that is not visible. I will provide you with a quote and current turnaround time. New venue art usually takes around 3 weeks to complete, but can take longer based on schedule.
TERMS: Artwork remains the property of Susan James Originals and will be added to our portfolio. Hardcopy and digital files of the illustration ARE NOT INCLUDED.

TERMS OF SALE
• All items are DIY assembly unless otherwise requested and invoiced.
• Susan James Originals retains the design copyright and the right to use images of your stationery for promotional purposes.
• All fonts are licensed to Susan James Originals, and the name and files may not be transferred.
• All items are shipped using USPS ground unless upgraded. Susan James Originals cannot be responsible for late deliveries caused by delays with the shipping carrier or handling of packages once they leave our hands.
• In the unfortunate case that reprints are needed due to client error, reprints will be billed at your cost, roughly 50% of the original price for that item. Reprints will be done at our expense IF the prints do not match the approved proofs. If items are damaged in shipping, the items and original shipping box must be returned to file an insurance claim and to receive reprints at no charge.
