All sales are final once payment is received. However, your satisfaction is our number one goal. Therefore, if any physical product is damaged during the shipping process, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage. You will have the option to return the item in it’s original packaging, including all materials and parts that were sent originally for an exchange.
