Please ensure that any personalisation details including information, spelling, dates, etc are correct when you place your order. We will insert the details exactly as they have been submitted and unfortunately we cannot refund for items which are later deemed incorrect because of an error on the buyers side.

We will make every effort to contact you and confirm details if we see something which we are unsure of, but the onus will be on you, so please do take a moment to double check!

If the item is required for a specific date please do ensure you leave enough time for creation and delivery. Please message us about this too. Thank you :)

If you decide to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary posting.

If the item has already been posted please return the item to us within 14 days unused, in the same condition it was received and in the the original packaging.

Please advise us as soon as possible that you are returning it and please ensure you retain proof of posting.

Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the returned item.

Return postage fees will not be refunded.

We are unable to accept cancellations of personalised products. If a bespoke/personalised item has been started then sadly, the order may not be cancelled.

We send our orders with Royal Mail 48 for delivery within the UK or Special Delivery if upgraded at the checkout. This means your order should be delivered within 48 hours of despatch., but delays can occur.

Royal Mail do not consider an item to be lost until 10 working days have passed, at which point a claim can be made.

For overseas orders we use Royal Mail track & trace.Packages are not considered lost until 20 working days after posting to Europe and 25 working days to anywhere else in the world.

Our postal systems are automated, therefore we are unable to check the details of each address, however, we will notify you if we spot anything unusual during the despatch process.

If an incorrect delivery address was provided during checkout, the item should be returned to us by Royal Mail within 30 days of the despach date.

Once your order has been returned, we can send it on to a new address, however, a redelivery charge will apply to the same value as the initial delivery charge. This charge will be payable before despatch.

We are able to refund (excluding delivery) non-personalised orders, however, if your order was personalised, I'm sorry but we are unable to accept cancellations and/or refunds.
