Highlights
Knitting yarn Rosarios4 Meia is a mixture of merino wool and polyamide. The yarn is made in Portugal and word Meia in Portuguese language means a sock. The yarn is soft and suits very well for knitting socks, but is also suitable for other projects, looks good in garments knitted in jacquard. For a pair of standard kids socks you will need one skein, for a pair of standard adult socks you will need 2 skeins of this knitting yarn (if you want to make long socks, you might need more).
Merino wool comprises 70% in this knitting yarn and is an "active fiber," which responds to changes in body temperature. So it helps to stay warm when the weather is cold, and cool when the weather is hot - breathable in summer, insulating in winter, yet exceptionally soft and lightweight.
