When will I receive my order?

The processing time for each item will vary but I will always work as quickly as I can to get your order shipped. All orders are shipped from the UK twice a week (usually Tuesdays and Thursdays, however, these days may vary).

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail unless advised otherwise. UK orders will be shipped 1st Class and international orders are shipped using International Standard Shipping. You can upgrade your shipping to a tracked service at the check out.

Will I receive a tracking number?

If you would like your order to ship using a tracked service you can select a shipping upgrade option when you check out. I will then send you a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking is not available with the standard shipping options (Royal Mail 1st Class or International Standard Shipping).

Gift Wrapping and Messaging

Unfortunately I don't currently offer gift wrapping or gift messaging on orders but if you mark your order as a gift I will make sure there are no prices shown inside the parcel (customs labels showing prices are a legal requirement for overseas shipping and will be placed on the outside of the box if required).

Why is EU shipping so expensive?

Due to new compliance regulations (GPSR), I’m unable to ship to the EU at this time. The shipping rates are set high to prevent orders. I’m actively monitoring the situation and hope to offer EU shipping again in the future. Please note that any orders placed for delivery to the EU or NI will be cancelled.
