Are your wicker products suitable for outdoor use?

Yes! Our wicker products can be used outdoors, including on terraces, balconies, or in gardens. 🌿 However, we recommend protecting them from heavy rain and prolonged exposure to moisture. This will help preserve the natural wicker and ensure it lasts much longer.

Maintenance is very simple. Regularly wipe down your items with a soft dry cloth or use a soft-bristle brush/vacuum with a brush attachment to remove dust. If necessary, wipe with a slightly damp cloth and let it dry thoroughly in a warm, well-ventilated area.

Custom and personalized orders

Since all items are made in-house, we are happy to accept custom orders. If you need specific dimensions for a wicker shelf, custom weaving patterns, or tailored colors for your interior or event, simply reach out to us!

Are you direct makers or resellers?

We are direct makers. Every item is hand-woven by our team in our own local workshop. Because we handle the entire process from material selection to final quality checks, we ensure structural reliability and exact finishing on every single piece.

Custom and import taxes

Please note that import duties and taxes may apply to orders shipped to the EU, the UK, Canada, and Switzerland. Any applicable customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected upon delivery. We recommend checking your local customs regulations for information on applicable tax rates and payment deadlines. These charges are separate from the shipping costs, which we cover. The United States is an exception, as all applicable taxes are paid under DDP terms.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order is damaged in transit, simply send us a direct message with a few photo/video details. We take full responsibility and will resolve the issue immediately, whether through a replacement or an instant solution.
